Commercial Property Manager

£35,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team. You will be based at their Beaconsfield Head Office.
Your role will include;
* Liaising with commercial tenants (managing multi-tenanted commercial buildings),
* Managing repairs and maintenance of buildings through the provision of service charges.
The right candidate will have
* Previous Commercial Property Management experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Execllent understanding and knowledge of legistrations
* Good PC skills including microsoft packages
* Motivated and keen eye for detail
