Job Title: South West Regional Manager – Padel (Devon)

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and proactive Regional Manager to lead and grow our padel operations across the South West, with a primary focus in Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing industry and business. The ideal candidate will have experience in padel coaching, club operations, and customer service, and thrive in a flexible, self-led working environment.
A car is essential for this role, as site visits will be required at both Plymouth and Torquay. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed for travel to either site, depending on where the candidate is based.
Coaching is optional but preferable, and any coaching work will be paid in addition to the base salary.
Extra coaching training can be provided for candidates who wish to take on coaching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Club Operations & Maintenance
* Organise and oversee repairs and general maintenance
* Ensure timely communication and documentation of any maintenance issues
Customer Service & Communication
* Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and emails related to club queries and issues
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
Booking & Scheduling
* Monitor and manage court bookings via Playtomic
* Identify and address usage trends or booking issues
Marketing & Engagement
* Draft and send weekly emails and newsletters to keep members informed
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and grow player participation
On-Court Delivery
* Deliver 6–8 hours of coached sessions and mix-ins each week (if coaching is undertaken)
* Support player development and community engagement through high-quality coaching
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in padel coaching and/or club management
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g., Playtomic) is a plus
* Able to work independently with flexibility and initiative
* A car and valid driving licence are essential
