What your responsibilities will include
* Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience
* Share knowledge about our product range and offer helpful advice to customers
* Actively participate in demonstrating products and occasional character visit days
* Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points
* Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards
Weekends are our busy time, so we aim to deliver a great customer experience. We offer a 10-hour contract, with 4-hour Saturday shifts and 6-hour Sunday shifts. Flexibility with start and finish times is important, and we may request additional hours, especially at Christmas and during school holidays.
