Commercial Content Manager - Gurugram, India
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Researches, writes, and assembles proposal content, including cover letters, executive summaries, descriptions of qualifications and experience, work approach, team structures, staff qualifications, and other bid requirements.
* Collaborates with subject matter experts to strategize, plan, create key themes, and develop proposal sections.
* Ensures timely submission of proposals by staying on schedule and coordinating review processes.
* Develops minor graphics to enhance proposal messaging and visual appeal.
* Maintains records of submitted proposals and gathers feedback to identify improvements.
* Curates content to support AI proposal development, focusing on accuracy and high-quality responses.
Influence and Decision-Making Authority
Operates with a degree of independence within broad practices and procedures, influencing stakeholders and collaborating across teams, including industry, service, marketing, and technology groups.
Job Requirements & Capabilities
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Skills and Experience:
* 5-7 years in content management and proposal development, preferably in consulting or professional services.
* Proven success in developing complex proposals and understanding client issues.
* Knowledge of content management best practices and familiarity with AI platforms is a plus.
* Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to operate efficiently under pressure with high attention to detail.
