Job Summary
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester Care Home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share memorable moments.
Responsibilities
Provide support for daily living, including assistance with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with residents. Communicate with residents, families, and staff to deliver high standards of care.
Qualifications & Experience
* Some experience caring for older people
* Can-do approach and excellent communication skills
* Empathy and warm-hearted approach with compassion for delivering high standards of care
