F-Gas Refrigeration Engineer F-Gas Refrigeration Engineer – Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire & North Wales -£38,000 Overtime (1.5x) £100 Callout Bonus Pension 25 Days Holiday Field-Based Role – Covering Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire & North Wales Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1 in 3 On-Call Rota (Emergency Only) The Job: - Servicing, maintaining, and repairing farm milk cooling systems and associated refrigeration equipment - Installing bulk milk tanks (1,000L–40,000L), ice builders (70kw–300kw), heat recovery units, plate coolers, and condensing units - Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults - Ensuring full F-Gas compliance and issuing certification - Supporting farmers with system upgrades and efficiency improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs The Company: Join a trusted and established business that provides specialist refrigeration service and installation to dairy farms across the region – keeping milk cooling systems running efficiently and reliably.
