About the Role
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work across the classroom supporting the class teacher and pupils to ensure learning is accessible, engaging, and inclusive for all children.
You will play a key role in helping pupils stay focused, confident, and motivated throughout the school day, while also providing targeted support where needed. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils within the classroom to access learning activities
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Providing support to individuals and small groups where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and participation
* Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Supporting classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
* A patient, positive, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Adaptable and willing to get involved in all aspects of school life
