As our Maintenance Scheduling & Stock Controller, you’ll be the central coordinator behind our high-performing Maintenance & Monitoring team. From booking jobs to tracking stock and ensuring site-readiness, you’ll keep our engineers moving and our inventory flowing — making sure every tool, spare part and visit is scheduled with precision. Tracking trends in fault data, stock usage and service timelines to improve future scheduling. Contributing to smarter ways of working using digital planning tools and automation options. I – Intentional (Act with Purpose) You’ll keep everything on track by: Coordinating daily and weekly maintenance job schedules in line with SLAs and site priority. Maintaining clear communication between the Maintenance Team Lead and Officers. Matching jobs to engineer availability, skillset, and geography for maximum efficiency. S – Synergy (Be Brilliant, Together) You’ll keep everyone aligned by: Acting as the point of contact between Service Desk, Field Officers, and the warehouse. Supporting the Maintenance Team Lead with rota planning, coverage gaps, and admin support. Ensuring every field officer has what they need to do their job — before they even ask. ⚡ T – Tenacity (Stay Switched On) You’ll stay alert and responsive by: Reacting quickly to emergency callouts or failed site checks with revised scheduling. Keeping stock levels up to date and flagging reorders before delays happen. Following up on incomplete jobs, failed visits, or missing kit — and resolving the blockers fast. ✅ A – Accountability (Own It) You’ll take ownership by: Managing the inventory database, including logging usage, returns, and procurement requests. Ensuring engineers are equipped with the correct tools and replacement parts for each job. Reporting on performance against SLAs, job volumes, stock consumption and missed visits. ️ What You’ll Be Responsible For Coordinating and scheduling reactive and proactive maintenance jobs for the UK field team. Tracking and updating job completion status in line with internal SLAs and site expectations. Monitoring stock levels, raising restock requests, and liaising with suppliers as required. Ensuring safe and correct allocation of ANPR hardware, spares, tools, and PPE. Supporting daily/weekly team briefings with rota updates, stock movements and task priorities. Maintaining all service planning and stock control systems (Excel, scheduling software, internal databases). Running reports for service volume, failed visits, usage levels and backorder issues. Liaising with the Service Desk and Logistics to ensure seamless engineer dispatch and supply. What You’ll Bring to the Park Proven experience in scheduling, field team coordination or service delivery (tech/engineering sector desirable). Solid understanding of stock control principles, preferably in a technical environment. Highly organised and detail-focused with strong prioritisation and multitasking skills. Excellent communication across teams — verbal, written, and digital. Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools (e.g. Teams Planner, Mondays.com, asset tracking software). Calm under pressure, especially when handling urgent scheduling changes. Proactive and curious — you spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
