This post sits within the Oral Health Directorate, hosted within the East Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP). It is part of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) board-wide organisation structure and extends across General Dental Services, Public Dental Service, Secondary Care Dental Services, Dental Public Health and Oral Health Improvement.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the setting, implementation and evaluation of standards of dental nursing practice.
* Be responsible to the Dental Nurse Team Leader for professional management work review and formal appraisal of performance.
* Be responsible to the Dental Nurse Team Leader for clinical guidance.
* Participate in cross-department cover (including other hospital sites) when required.
Role details
The post is within the Oral Health Directorate. This includes services across General Dental Services, Public Dental Service, Secondary Care Dental Services, Dental Public Health and Oral Health Improvement. The role is on a 9 month contract.
