Join a Supportive, Growing Team as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
Were seeking an experienced and motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team. This field-based role covers the Northwest and Yorkshire regions, supported by a dedicated office team based in Milnrow, Rochdale.

Your Responsibilities
* Perform reactive call-outs, planned maintenance, and remedial work on small to medium-sized AC and refrigeration systems
* Service and repair cold rooms, blast chillers, freezer rooms, and packaged refrigeration units
* Work independently or within a team, depending on site needs
* Maintain van stock and ensure readiness of tools and materials
* Complete digital job reports using field service management software
* Communicate professionally with clients on-site
* Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (with enhanced pay)
What We're Looking For
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Valid F-Gas certification (City & Guilds or NVQ Level)
* Proven experience with refrigeration systems and small AC units
* Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills
* Strong time management and ability to work independently
* Comfortable using smartphone-based work systems
* Able to pass an enhanced DBS check
* City & Guilds 6187-21 (Hydrocarbons) or equivalent Essential
* CSCS card desirable but not essential
