Are you an experienced supervisor with multi-site experience?
What will I be doing?
1. To prioritise time to ensure that all aspects of the operation are supervised and if necessary supplement staffing levels on site if required.
2. To serve as an example and role model in the desire to maximise recycling and improve safety culture and operational efficiencies.
3. To ensure that weekly targets as defined by the HWRC Manager are delivered efficiently and within budget.
4. To create, manage and control relevant operational documents.
5. Deputise for HWRC Manager as required, ensuring all their roles and responsibilities are covered.
What are the requirements?
6. You will be able to bring your experience of supervising and developing engaged teams to meet very high operational standards to the role.
7. Experience in the operation of HWRCs and all associated requirements to ensure maximum recycling.
8. Appropriate waste management qualification to suit permit requirements or the ability to achieve this within 12 months.
9. Possess a valid driving licence.
10. Knowledgeable on safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations.
11. Have an understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
