What the Job Involves As a member of the Fostering Kinship team, you will focus on kinship care and Special Guardianship Order (SGO) support. Your role involves offering high-quality supervision, guidance, and practical support to kinship foster carers and SGO families, helping them to provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes. You will be actively involved in the duty rota, offering responsive advice and decision-making to ensure prompt support for children and carers. Collaboration with the team and guidance from senior managers are integral parts of this role.
