Join a committed team as a full-time Teacher of English, starting from the 19th of February until Easter (28th March). In this role, you will work with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, providing engaging lessons, marking assessments, and attending weekly interventions.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have a DBS check or be willing to obtain one
2. Possess experience of teaching English at KS3 and KS4
3. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
4. Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with students
5. Be happy to contribute effectively within a team
6. Have good organisational skills
7. Possess good time management skills
8. Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills
In addition to planning, marking, and attending interventions, you will be responsible for monitoring pupil progress and attending staff meetings as required.
