The Trade Marketing Executive supports thewider Category Management and Trade Marketing team ensuring plansacross the different retailers brands and countries are executed ontime and within budget.

KeyResponsibilities
* Supportingthe Category Managers and coordinating crosscategory TradeMarketing plans including but not limited to Outlet Christmas andNew brand development.
* Make decisions on how toeffectively meet business objectives and strategies meet customerand marketing requests seek approvals and alignstakeholders.
* Work withthe local managers and supply chain to support the business needsfrom forecast to inventory allocation. Supporting the validation ofcustomer price lists for each product brand andcustomer.
* Monitor analyseand provide insights and recommendations on the Retail landscapeutilising sales gross shipments and market data. Presentrecommendations plans recaps and strategies to internal andexternalstakeholders.
* Supportglobal marketing programs to increase retail sales to ensure highquality and seamless execution of all marketinginitiatives.
* Coordinateplan updates for all key strategy retailer meetings key launchesretailer exclusives and eretailteams.
* Review assortmentplans with regional teams to ensure the most effective range isreflected by region and drive the implementation of customerfocusedplanograms for eachquarter.
* Management of ourshowroom and samples ensuring the latest assortments and NPDs areavailable for display and for our regional teams.
Skills andExperience
* Solidexperience in Trade Marketing Assistant Buyer or CategoryAssistant
* Strong admin experience ideallywithin the Beauty Retail or FMCG industry.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask with outstandingattention to detail
* Analytical skills strongnumeric ability and data questioning approach
* Effective communication skills together with a resilientcharacter
* Pasion for creativity andinnovation
* Confident and enthusiastic mannerwith the ability to be proactive and assertive
* Solutions driven and methodical approach toproblemsolving
* Advanced knowledge of Excelwith proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Languages experience ideally with knowledge of SpanishFrench or German being beneficial.
