Josh Babarinde MP and Eastbourne Lib Dems are looking for a Full-Time Constituency Organiser.
You'll be working with Josh Babarinde, the hugely popular Lib Dem MP for Eastbourne. Josh was elected in July 2024 with over 52% of the vote and after an ambitious and hugely successful campaign.
The Eastbourne Lib Dems have successfully retained control of the local Council for many years, winning the traditionally Conservative Meads ward in 2023 and winning two By-Elections in 2025 against an insurgent Reform. Devolution and Local government reorganisation pose real opportunities for an even stronger Lib Dem voice across Sussex.
Now Josh and the Eastbourne Lib Dems are on the hunt for a show-stopping Constituency Organiser. You'll be reinvigorating that campaign winning mojo to fight future campaigns in a rapidly changing political landscape. It's an exciting challenge
You'll be project managing campaigns, producing hard hitting campaign comms and powering up an army of activists. You'll know how to get things done and you've got the enthusiasm and empathy needed to build winning teams. You'll be a wordsmith with an eye for design and be able to multitask. You'll care enough to get stuck in and make things work.
You're invested in our mission to ensure Lib Dem values and track records continue to win hearts and minds, inspiring Conservative, Labour and Green supporters and offering a genuinely attractive political home for anyone who wants an alternative to Reform.
