IT Procurement Manager
Location: London / HybridEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Up to £45,000 per annum based on experience

As the IT Procurement Manager, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, from strategy development and vendor negotiations to contract management and budget oversight. You will act as a trusted partner across the business, ensuring we source the right solutions at the right price, while maintaining high standards of compliance, security, and service.
What you will be doing:
* Develop procurement strategy aligned with business goals and IT project needs
* Manage vendor relationships, from selection to performance evaluation
* Lead client-facing procurement cycles, ensuring smooth ordering and delivery
* Negotiate contracts for software, hardware, cloud services, and consultancy
* Source IT products and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance
* Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and cybersecurity requirements
* Manage procurement budgets, monitor spend, and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams including Service Desk, PMO, and Finance to track IT assets
* Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and align procurement plans
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience (2-3 years) in an IT procurement or similar role
* Managed Service Provider (MSP) background
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, and CSP models
* Familiar with procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa
* Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing processes
* Awareness of cybersecurity and data privacy in vendor agreements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-focused with a practical, analytical mindset
* Professional certification such as CIPS Level 2 or CPSM is essential
