Contracts Manager – Acorn Engineering Limited
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding building services team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of contracts and play a key role in delivering high-quality service across London and the South East.
Location: Slough (with travel across London and the South East)

Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of contract delivery from mobilisation to completion
* Monitor engineer reports and quotations for additional works
* Organise and oversee subcontractors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Ensure all documentation and reporting is accurate and timely
* Uphold Health & Safety standards across your portfolio
* Lead, support, and develop a team of engineers
* Collaborate with internal support teams
* Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Requirements
* Proven experience managing building services maintenance contracts
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach
* Sound knowledge of building services and mechanical plant
* Health & Safety training
* Full UK driving licence
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
