You’ll be based in London and work closely with operational and logistics teams, supporting employee relations, processes, and programs that enable a high-performing, engaged workforce.**Responsibilities include:*** Act as a first point of contact for employee relations inquiries, providing timely, context-aware support to managers and employees.* Support the creation and distribution of HR communications, including employment letters, contracts, and other key documentation.* Assist with complex or sensitive employee matters, escalating to senior colleagues as needed and maintaining compliance, consistency and fairness.* Support execution of performance review cycles, training initiatives, and other HR programs across EMEA.* Use HR systems and data (e.g., Hibob) to track progress, produce reports, and inform decision-making.* Conduct new starter check-ins, carry out exit interviews, and support engagement survey initiatives and reporting.* Partner with operational leaders across logistics, finance, and other teams to support workforce planning, onboarding, and day-to-day HR needs. # About you (Who you are)* 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist, advisory, or operational role within a high-performance environment (tech, high-growth startup, or consulting).* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance (bonus for familiarity with other EMEA frameworks).* Experience supporting managers and employees with employee relations, performance, and HR processes.* Proficient with Hibob and comfortable tracking metrics, producing reports, and providing insights.* Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.**Behaviours & Attitudes:*** Collaborative, adaptable, and supportive.* Proactive and solution-oriented, with a bias for action and follow-through.* Detail-focused and organised, ensuring accuracy in processes and communications.* Empathetic and professional, maintaining confidentiality and sound judgement in sensitive situations.
