Head of Commercial & Corporate – Solicitor
Location: Harrow, London
Salary: Up to £100,000 (DOE)
Senior Leadership Position
Expected to lead and advise on:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Shareholder and partnership agreements
* Corporate restructuring
* Commercial contracts
* Joint ventures and investments
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Drive business development and growth initiatives
* Supervise, mentor, and support junior solicitors and support staff
* Ensure high standards of compliance, risk management, and service delivery
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Significant post-qualification experience in Commercial and Corporate law
* Proven leadership or departmental management experience
* Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
* Ability to generate work and contribute to firm-wide growth
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
