Overview
Our client is look for an electrically biased Technical site leader to be based on a large commercial site based in Crawley. Reporting to the Account Manager the Technical Site Lead will be the main point of contact for the customer. Liaising with the Client representatives and their on-site teams, Sub-Contractors and Account Manager to ensure the TFM contracts at site level are delivered within the terms of the contracts whilst ensuring client financial targets are met. This role will have an emphasis on customer service and will be point of contact for all site related activity, making sure the service on all sites is delivered, reported and compliant with customer procedures.
Responsibilities
* To build and maintain a good relationship with the onsite client, to provide regular feedback on the TFM performance by way of monthly reporting and meetings, discuss quotations, issues, client updates, oversee quote requests and develop good working relationships with the service delivery teams.
* Manage the billing process, ensuring all business and commercial aspects are managed professionally.
* Ensuring effective working relationships are enhanced with key stakeholders by regularly exceeding the standard of work delivered and delivering leadership to the account managers across multiple contracts.
* Ensure compliance with all company programmes, processes, and procedures.
* Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality
* Management of the Permit to Work system.
* Building a safety culture within the site FM team
* Ensuring that the FM services are delivered in compliance with good industry practise, company, and statutory rules.
Qualifications
* Qualified electrician with extensive technical experience
* Experienced managing planned and reactive maintenance.
* Previous experience at a similar level
* Appropriate Technical Knowledge
* Health and Safety Legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Company procedures
* Facilities Management
