Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
* Obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Inputting invoice data accurately into the accounting system.
* Resolving any discrepancies or issues with invoices in a timely manner.
* Filing and maintaining financial records and documents.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Responding to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar accounts administration or finance support role.
2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
