Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events Executive to help deliver world-class experiences at our state-of-the-art HQ based in Silverstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping premium guest experiences within one of the most exciting environments in global sport.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of high-profile events hosted at the Team’s HQ
* Assist the Event Manager with pre-event preparation, scheduling, and coordination
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences for internal stakeholders, partners, and VIP visitors
* Provide operational support to ensure seamless execution of HQ guest experiences
* Assist in organising internal engagement events, including team celebrations and cultural initiatives
* Support the delivery of contractual partner activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards
* Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, on-the-day management, and de-rig
* Work collaboratively with internal teams (Commercial, HR, Facilities) to ensure effective delivery
* Support supplier coordination and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Contribute to post-event analysis, including feedback collection and reporting insights
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in event planning and guest experience delivery within premium or high-profile environments
* Strong understanding of brand-led events and stakeholder management, ideally within sponsorship-driven industries
* Experience using event management tools, CRM systems, and reporting/budgeting platforms
* Background in Formula One or elite motorsport environments (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels
* Highly organised with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail under tight deadlines
* Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused when working under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of Health & Safety best practices
* Be able to work additional hours/ Weekends when required
