What will you do?
* Managing a full caseload of Commercial Property work;
* Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties;
* Landlord and tenant matters;
* Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and coverage; and
* Acting for lender and pension schemes.
What will you need?
* Experience in Commercial property
* 5+ year experience in a private practice law firm in the UK
