Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and mentor paint shop staff, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards. Workflow Management: Organize daily schedules, allocate tasks, and maintain efficient production flow within the paint shop. Quality Control: Oversee all painting processes to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with specifications. Health & Safety: Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free working environment. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Communication: Act as the link between the paint shop and management, providing updates and resolving issues promptly. Work Under Pressure: Manage operations in a busy environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a Paint Shop Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
