This is a temporary post for approximately 4 weeks to start immediately, but no later than Monday 28th July 2025. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook delicious breakfasts for up to 50 guests daily. Assist the head chef in evening service, supporting with food preparation and cooking. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing innovative ideas to the table. Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned properly. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Commis Chef in a hotel or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
