We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in the Leicester area for a Permanent Assistant Cleaning Manager, the role will be 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days including, late shifts, weekends and bank holidays when necessary. The role will include: Supporting the Cleaning Manager Provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment to all To comply with the health and safety procedures across the site Ensure all staff members are trained and ready for shifts Support & Motivate the team, provide feedback where necessary Help with recruitment Be involved in the deployment of staff members and support in creating the rota's, Supporting the management team in weekly debrief meetings Be involved in the training and development of staff members In charge of the cleaning and waste teams You will need: Previous management experience Experience with Cleaning NEBOSH Clear Communication & Resolving Conflict Skills The Ability to lead and motivate a team To be local to the Leicester area, The company can offer you: Over time, extra hours Great experience and training in the industry Progression within the business for the right person Sound like the perfect role for you?
