Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor
Location & Hours
Location: Bristol. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

We’re looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a commercial/industrial site, ensuring building services operate safely, reliably and efficiently.
Role Responsibilities
* Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on electrical building services including LV systems, lighting, small power, distribution, BMS and associated equipment
* Support the safe operation and repair of all M&E and fabric services on site, working within Permit to Work systems, Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work
* Participate in the on‑call rota, including out‑of‑hours and weekend work where intrusive maintenance is required
* Proactively identify faults, raise health & safety concerns and support energy efficiency initiatives
* Use CAFM systems and handheld devices to complete reports, update work orders and monitor subcontractor performance
Required Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
* IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to work towards)
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience (ideally 5 years) working within electrical building services in commercial or industrial environments
* Good all‑round knowledge of mechanical building services
* Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements
* Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a site team
* IT‑literate, numerate and comfortable using CAFM and digital reporting tools
