E Early Years Education Worker – Under 3’s Provision Required for May 2026 Salary Grade Range: Scale 3 Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week AYR Robert Blair School is a one form entry primary school with Under 3’s provision situated close to Caledonian Road in Islington. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Scale 3 Early Years Education Worker to work in our Under 3’s Provision. We provide Childcare and Early Years Education for babies and toddlers from 6 months to three years and are open for 49 weeks a year. The majority of the children move into our Nursery Provision. We prioritise an environment that is inviting, stimulating and safe, where children can develop independence and enjoy learning experiences both indoors and in our outdoor areas. As a scale 3 Early Years Education worker you will be responsible for supporting and working closely with the Scale 5 EYE’s and the Senior Early Years Educator. You will assist in the daily running of the educational activities and play a key part in providing a positive and secure relationship for your children and their families. You will have a strong understanding of the requirements of the EYFS framework, the development of young children and the importance of play-based learning, which fosters increasing independence.
