Learning and Development Business Partner (Education)

To join our dedicated Talent and Development team. This is a key role supporting our education division, helping to build staff capability, promote progression, and ensure training compliance across our diverse workforce.

What You'll Be Doing
* Partnering with managers across education and therapy teams to identify and respond to learning needs
* Supporting induction, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development initiatives
* Administering our Learning Management System (LMS) – managing training records, bookings, and reporting
* Coordinating apprenticeship programmes and liaising with external training providers
* Designing and delivering engaging learning content and workshops
* Evaluating training impact and contributing to compliance audits and internal reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a learning and development role – ideally in education
* Strong organisational and admin skills, including LMS experience
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
* Understanding of apprenticeship pathways and professional development routes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital‑first environment
* A collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow
* CIPD Level 5 or working towards
* Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks
* Experience supporting apprenticeship levy‑funded training
