The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Inclusive Design professional to lead projects across the UK and globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a history of pushing boundaries in inclusive design, and a commitment to creating welcoming, accessible spaces that serve diverse populations.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive innovation within inclusive design, pushing the boundaries of current practices.
* Deliver solutions informed by research, data, and evidence, addressing needs related to age, gender, disability, faith, and cultural background.
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality, inclusive outcomes.
* Advise across all project stages, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
Qualifications
* NRAC consultant accreditation and proven experience in inclusive design.
* Additional accreditation in architecture, human factors, or related fields.
* Experience advising on inclusive design throughout project lifecycles.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and guidance.
Desired Skills
* Leadership experience and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Ability to present ideas clearly, evaluate proposals, and communicate progress effectively.
