About the Role
We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and motivating your team to maintain high standards
* Running shifts, planning staffing, and coaching on the go
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
* Recognising and celebrating team achievements
What we’re looking for:
* Passion for supporting teams and maintaining high standards
* Experience in running shifts and planning staffing
* Understanding of labour management and a willingness to learn about financials
* Ability to recognise and celebrate good performance
