We are looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our Installations team in Solent & South Downs, where you will play a key role in providing permitting and administrative technical support to the team.
Location: The post can be based in any of the offices across the area which include Romsey, Chichester, Worthing or Pevensey, with flexible attendance and occasional site visits. Hybrid working is possible.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming monitoring data.
* Maintain accurate files and databases.
* Provide general administrative duties.
* Respond to incidents and provide business continuity support.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience working in similar admin roles supporting team members.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively at a fast pace to constantly shifting deadlines and parameters without compromising on quality.
* Effective communication skills.
* Quick learner of new IT systems and competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
* Ability to work proactively while working unsupervised.
* Experience in a regulatory environment is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
Training & Development
You’ll have a range of development opportunities and appropriate training will be provided. Training will also include incident management and support for alternative working arrangements.
