Progress Teachers are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a local mainstream secondary setting. Role Responsibilities:
* Providing revision support and tutoring to students across key subjects
* Toilet supervision and assisting with personal care needs when required
* Supporting students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Assisting students with SEN and additional learning needs in the classroom
* Working closely with teachers to enhance learning experiences
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (desirable)
* Experience supporting students with SEN, EHCPs, or additional needs
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to student support
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
