We are based in Brighton, with a small team all over the UK, as well as a few remote team members.
The majority of our clients are National US brands, with some also targeting CA, UK, AU.
What You Will Need:
* Experience: At least 2 years in an SEO-specific role, preferably agency-side, with a strong focus on e-commerce SEO.
* SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO tactics.
* Off-Site SEO: Experience with functional link building is preferred but not essential.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze SEO organic performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
* Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard SEO software.
* Communication Skills: Excellent business writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports and communicate effectively with clients.
* Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your time.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drives, etc.).
Responsibilities:
* Execute defined SEO strategies by performing technical and content analyses.
* Manage assigned client accounts, develop workflows, and address ad hoc requests.
* Collaborate with SEO and Strategy teams to monitor SEO performance and deliver ROI-focused insights.
* Perform internal linking audits and make strategic recommendations.
* Perform keyword research aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
* Work with the content team to identify content gaps and opportunities for strategic growth.
* Conduct content audits in collaboration with the content team.
* Carry out technical SEO audits to improve site health and rankings.
* Support on-page optimizations and ensure they align with technical and off-page strategies.
* Prepare and deliver client updates, reports, and presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
* Assist in client communications (emails, calls, and meetings) and contribute to growing accounts based on revenue targets.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices, sharing insights with the team and clients.
* Ensure deadlines are consistently met for both team and project deliverables.
