SUPERVISOR - LIVERPOOL LIME STREET STATION, STARBUCKS
Please note that previous experience as a Team Leader and Barista is required for this role.
Pay Rate: £15.11 per hour. We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available.
Hours of operation are 4:30am to 9:00pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. You must be available to work at 4:30am.

Work with iconic brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog in some of the busiest locations across the UK & Ireland. About the Duty Manager/Supervisor Role
* Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
* Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
* Inspire your team to deliver great customer service; be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
* Be results-focused, stay informed about unit performance, and champion improvements.
* Previous experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail is ideal; night shift experience is a plus.
