About the Internship
PeepalCo is inviting applications for the position of Company Secretary Intern. The selected candidate will support the Company Secretary in executing various corporate governance and compliance functions. This role requires an individual who is proactive, well-organised, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
* Successful completion of the final examination conducted by the ICSI
* Availability for an internship duration of 15 months or more
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Prior experience in secretarial work in any organisation is preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Company Secretary with convening and documenting Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, minutes, and related documentation
* Maintaining statutory registers and records
* Conducting legal research on company law, FDI regulations, and other applicable statutes
* Preparing and reviewing regulatory and shareholder-related filings
* Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Performing additional administrative and compliance-related tasks as required
