Role
:
1. Composing emails to inform clients about an outstanding account
2. Answering phone calls from Loss adjusters
3. Telephoning Loss adjusters and determining why payments remain outstanding
4. Experience with servicing court orders to recover outstanding payments, in some cases would be ideal (not essential)
5. Must be confident using the telephone
6. We are looking for candidates that have experience working within property lettings or sales for this role.
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
The role is to to provide a first class Customer Service to all our Customers and consistently delivering high levels of customer service for this very busy role.
