Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, highly organised, detail-oriented and creative, with an interest in the built environment. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring a highly organised, creative, and proactive individual with experience in communications and marketing, preferably in an architecture/built environment space.
Tasks include the creation and management of marketing materials, overseeing internal communications, and supporting some event coordination. Strong project management skills and a proactive approach are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels and across different regions.
The ideal candidate will be adept at interpreting a strategic narrative with hands-on delivery, supporting Broadway Malyan’s marketing efforts across multiple channels, from digital media to client-facing meetings and events.
Key responsibilities
* Content production and management
* Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, specifically sector credentials, presentations and project sheets
* Collect content from around studios for our OpenAsset image database
* Help coordinate photoshoots and video shoots
* Internal communications
* Develop and manage internal colleague communications using intranet
* General marketing support and administration
* Assist in planning and coordinating events, including client events and project celebrations
* Support awards submissions
* Maintain a structured approach to tasks
Essential skills and experience
* One to three plus years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably in architecture, interiors or construction)
* Strong copywriting and editing skills
* Graphic design skills essential – InDesign, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
* Other skills desirable – Canva and CRM experience
* Some experience in animation and film editing for social media is desirable
* Organised and efficient with excellent project management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive mindset
