For the successful Customer Account Coordinator, the client is offering:
* £27,500 per annum
* Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
* 12 months FTC

The role – Customer Account Coordinator:
1. Support the Customer Account Management team by coordinating the day-to-day requests of customer accounts.
2. Manage internal projects related to customer requests such as artwork, carton design, or pricing.
3. Contribute to operational forecasting of board requirements to optimize ordering and minimize stock and machine downtime.
4. Establish communication with customer purchasing and logistics teams to strengthen B2B relationships.
5. Process customer orders and ensure compliance with commercial agreements.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Account Coordinator:
* Customer service or sales experience within a manufacturing environment ESSENTIAL
* Experience in customer service and order processing
* UK Driving license DESIRABLE
* Effective communication skills at all levels
* Experience with JDE/SAP systems ESSENTIAL
