RG Consultancy are proud to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Bootle to help recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time, permanent basis. This is brilliant opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive team within an an SME business .
Duties include but not limited to :
* Manage both accounts receivable/ accounts payable function.
* Matching and coding purchase invoices
* Weekly payment runs
* Bank reconciliations
* Completing supplier statement reconciliation
* Maintaining and resolving supplier accounts and queries
* Keep team up to date with all supplier delays / problems
* Answering phone calls and customer queries
* Develop and maintain administrative process
* Presenting costs analysis to the department
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc finance duties as required
