Our client is hiring for a Senior Management Accountant to join their growing, acquisitive business going through real finance transformation. As Senior Management Accountant, you'll sit at the heart of the finance team, owning core accounting, improving controls, and leading practical projects that materially improve how the business operates.

What you'll be doing as Senior Management Accountant Owning month-end activities including prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet schedules
Managing and improving cash flow reporting and control
Rebuilding and simplifying P&L budget models, introducing stronger controls
Leading process improvement projects, including CapEx approvals and workflow automation
Supporting the integration of acquired businesses
Working closely with operational and transaction teams to improve data quality and insight
This is a hands-on Senior Management Accountant role with genuine ownership — not a reporting-only position.
What we're looking for Proven experience as a Senior Management Accountant, Management Accountant, or strong Financial Accountant
Excellent Excel skills – confident building and improving models
High attention to detail and pride in getting things right
Inquisitive, proactive mindset – you question inefficiencies and fix them
Part-qualified or qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Comfortable working in a changing, growing environment
Sector background is flexible. Mindset is not.

Reward Salary circa £50,000, up to £55,000 for a very strong Senior Management Accountant
