Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at ISMS.online. The CSM will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customers to ensure the client receives as much value as possible from our service. The Head Office is in Brighton but remote working is acceptable.
Key Parts of the job
The CSM's performance will be measured by:
* Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
* Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
* Growth of existing customer accounts (Upsell)
Things that will help you:
* Experience in customer success and compliance
* Knowledge of compliance standards like ISO 27001
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in information security or data privacy
