The Opportunity
As Head of Quality, you will lead the quality function across the site, ensuring robust quality systems, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational performance and customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between site presence and remote working.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the overall quality strategy aligned with business objectives
* Lead and develop the Quality team, fostering a high-performance culture
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
* Oversee audits (internal and external), supplier quality, and customer quality performance
* Analyse KPIs and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
* Champion root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
About You
* Proven senior quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO standards)
* Demonstrable experience leading audits and regulatory compliance
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on problem‑solving capability
* Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
* Degree‑qualified (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline
