Job Title: Quality Control Auditor
Location: Glasgow

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Control Auditor in Glasgow.
As a Quality Control Auditor, your main responsibilities will include auditing claim files to ensure they meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and FCA guidelines. You will review files for accuracy and completeness, identify trends and inconsistencies, and suggest improvements. You will also liaise with contractors and internal teams to clarify content, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment on expectations.
This role requires attention to detail, a methodical approach, and strong communication skills to challenge decisions and support corrective actions. Building professional relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement will be key.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Technical expertise in building construction, design, and defect diagnostics, with experience in property repairs or claims handling.
* Proficiency in IT tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
