Description
Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the firm’s marketing activity, with a particular focus on email marketing and digital content. Working as part of the central marketing team, the role requires a proactive, organised individual who is confident collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing:
* Build and send email communications to clients and prospect, working closely with the wider marketing team and lawyers across the firm.
* Monitor and report on email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, deliverability, and engagement.
* Identify opportunities to improve email performance, including making improvements to content and design where required.
* Act as the team champion for the email marketing software platform.
Website content and SEO:
* Upload articles and other marketing content to the firm’s website using a CMS system.
* Assist with the creation of campaign landing pages where required.
* Support with re-writing website content and drafting articles, working to agreed style guidelines.
* Support the Content Marketing Manager with SEO activity, including keyword research, optimisation, and performance tracking.
* Assist with tracking and reporting on website performance, SEO, and marketing campaigns.
Content Marketing:
* Support the delivery of the firm’s content marketing and SEO strategy.
* Assist with the management and maintenance of marketing content, ensuring it is regularly reviewed, audited, and kept up to date on the intranet site.
* Provide support across additional content marketing channels where required, including paid media campaigns.
Coordination and Support:
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and materials for marketing initiatives.
* Provide administrative support for marketing projects as required
* Respond to ad hoc marketing support requests from lawyers and other internal stakeholders across the business.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* An understanding of email marketing platforms is desirable.
* An understanding of content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Umbraco, Sitecore) is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
* Confident verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
* An interest in digital marketing, with the desire to develop skills further.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel is desired.
* Knowledge of Sharepoint would be a bonus.
