Are you looking for a role which allows you to balance your work and home commitments within an organisation that supports its staff? Join our domestic team at Hexham General Hospital as a Domestic Assistant. The department operates between 06:00 - 20:00 with flexibility to accommodate you. We currently have roles from 18 to 30 hours per week. We are also recruiting candidates onto our Staff Bank to fill roles on an "as and when required" basis. Responsibilities
* Cleaning of floor areas as scheduled by means of vacuuming, mopping, buffing and spray cleaning.
* Undertake "deep cleans" in areas where infection is present.
* Removal of rubbish including domestic and clinical waste from designated areas to disposal point.
* Damp dusting of all surfaces, ledges, shelves, curtain rails.
* Cleaning of internal glass.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all work areas.
* Carry out any urgent spot cleaning and spillage.

The successful applicant will be an employee of the subsidiary and not Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
