Job Title: Registered Branch Manager
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (with flexibility and on-call requirements)

What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager:
* Hold and maintain CQC registration for the branch.
* Develop and deliver safe, effective home care services that meet the evolving needs of clients and the community.
* Lead business planning, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with regulations.
* Inspire, support, and manage the care and office teams to uphold the highest standards.
* Build strong local partnerships while promoting the branch’s reputation within the area.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within health or social care.
* A collaborative leader who balances empathy with performance and accountability.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive growth.
* Deep knowledge of care sector regulations and best practices.
