Job Title: CAMHS Night Manager (RMN)

Salary: £55,000 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAMHS Night Manager (RMN) to join a dedicated in-patient mental health service for young people. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC pin and demonstrate strong leadership, compassion, and clinical expertise.
About the Role:
As a Night Manager, you will ensure high standards of care for young people with complex mental health needs. You will role model core values, manage night staff teams, and ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery. This is a rewarding role where you will directly support recovery and see positive progression in young people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide safe, effective, evidence-based care to young people aged 8–18.
* Complete risk assessments and deliver sound clinical decision-making.
* Empower and collaborate with young people in the care planning process.
* Supervise, support, and manage nurses, support staff, and students on shift.
* Ensure smooth running of night shifts, including staff de-briefs and supervision.
* Contribute to multi-disciplinary teamworking to ensure seamless care delivery.
Shifts:
* One week: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
* Next week: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
* Hours: 7:55pm – 8:05am
Requirements:
* Valid NMC pin (essential)
* RMN qualification with strong mental health experience
* Leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
