Fancy getting involved, then read on… About the Role This role is focused on our Natural Foods brands to take care of our digital channels and support our marketing and sales team. This is a great opportunity to really get involved with the brand, be our voice in our social channels and help bring our plans to life in the digital consumer world. This role is the perfect if you are passionate about digital marketing and have 1 years worth of experience within digital marketing. You’ll work closely with our brand team to ensure that our annual brand and innovation plans are communicated appropriately on our owned digital channels (social, website and our app). You’ll also run our influencer programme, engaging with our chosen influencers throughout the year, to get the content we have planned. We love events too, so whether that’s Valentines Day, Easter, Summer holidays, BEAR’s birthday or even our Go Ape partnership it’s down to you to help us get our message out there and tell the world how great BEAR is! The Digital Exec will report into the Marketing Manager, but you will work with the whole marketing team to make sure all that we do is seamless. Main responsibilities include: Social planning and execution on BEAR & Urban fruit for Facebook, Instagram and to reflect our annual brand plans. Social planning and execution of our digital campaigns and NPD, whether that be Back To School, Go Ape or a special event such as Christmas. Support on making sure our Website is up to date and optimised as well as possible. Manage the Brandbank account. Support our Amazon and wider sales team on content (Images, creative material) to ensure our shopfront is perfect! Lead the BEAR influencer programme to drive effective and authentic reach. Lead our BEAR CRM programme to help develop further audience insight and deepen brand loyalty. Community management of social channels, responding to comments and DMs on Instagram & Facebook Be the key lead for our app – managing any new card uploads or development directly with the agency. Be a positive point of contact for our sales team, be ready to help out. Review effectiveness of all of the above and share back to the business. Budget management of all areas of responsibility.
