Property Manager (Block) – Central London (Flexi working) – c£45k
Our client is a long-established, independent advisory and Property Services business whose focus is on providing expertise and creative solutions to a diverse client base across London and the South East.
As a result of block portfolio growth within their Central London (EC) office, they now seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:
* 2 years block management experience, ideally IRPM/RICS qualified but supported to obtain in post if not
* Working part home, part office and part site based (2/2/1)
* Managing a mixed but high quality portfolio comprising purpose built blocks (including newbuilds), mansion blocks, conversions and mixed-use
* Undertaking the full range of property management tasks from budget setting to insurance provision and major works, supported in-house by a competent team of service charge accountants, property assistants and administrators
* Ensuring blocks/clients are handled according to service level agreements and in keeping with our clients quality approach
Suitable Property Manager’s (Block) will come from stable career backgrounds with preference for traditional, independent practice over a “one size fits all” corporate property management approach.
